| Abstrak Jurnal | Maura Sukri (2021). The Effect of Training and Education on Employee Performance at PT.Agro Muara Rupit (AMR) Musi Rawas Utara Regency. ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that there is no special training for employees, the placement of employees is not in accordance with the education department, there are employees who are still not careful in writing reports. This study uses data collection methods by making observations at the research site (observation), giving and collecting a set of written statements (questionnaires), collecting documents in the form of writing or pictures (documentation). The results of this study are that training partially has an influence on employee performance, the results of the t-test calculation, the tcount value is 2,375, while the ttable value with a = 5%, df (n-2) = 50 – 2 = 48, is 1,677 ,tcount > ttable then |
