ABSTRAK
The problems in this research are: a. Motivation: 1). Lack of reward/award given to employees who excel. 2). Lack of response from superiors who sometimes do not accept ideas or ideas submitted by their staff, 3). There are still a few employees who do not understand the duties and responsibilities assigned to them. b. Competencies: 1). At least Development of mindset to grow together. 2) lack of critical and innovative thinking in solving problems. 3). There are some employees who are less disciplined when they come to work. c. Productivity: 1).Working environment that has a negative impact on unhealthy competition between employees in self-development. 2) Employees who do not take care of their mental and physical health. 3).
