||PENGARUH PELAYANAN PUBLIK DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARKAT DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN MEGANG SAKTI KABUPATEN MUSI RAWAS

||Problems in research regarding a. Public Services, namely; 1) There are still some employees at the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency in providing services that have not been as promised or not on time, 2). In providing services that are not fast (responsive) to the community, and there are still some employees who are not friendly and smile in giving explanations to the community. b. discipline in the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency, namely 1). There are still some employees who have not applied discipline at work. This can be seen from the presence of employees who come not on time so that service activities are disrupted and make it difficult for people who have an interest in these employees, 2). Employee working hours at the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency, 07.30 – 16.00 WIB. But still some come late and 3). Undisciplined employees occur because there are no written rules. In addition to the absence of written regulations, there is also no presence, even though in the past there was a presence but after the change of leadership the presence has been removed. c. community satisfaction at the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency, namely: 1) There is still a lack of seriousness of employees at the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency in providing services, especially on consistent working time, 2). In providing services, community satisfaction has not been felt, and 3) The expectations desired by the community are still not maximized. This research method uses a quantitative research design. Research results: a. Public services have an effect on community satisfaction at the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency. The results obtained that the value of tcount = 4.320 > ttable (47-1=46) = 2.021 and the significant value obtained is 0.000 <0.05. b. Work Discipline has an effect on Community Satisfaction at the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency. The results obtained are the value of tcount = 3.156 > ttable (47-1=46) = 2.021 and the significant value obtained is 0.003 <0.05. c. Public Service and Work Discipline have an effect on Community Satisfaction in the Office of Religious Affairs, Megang Sakti District, Musi Rawas Regency. That the obtained Fcount is 15.476 > Ftable = 3.21 and the level of significance simultaneously is 0.000 < (α) = 0.05.
