This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and motivation simultaneously have a
significant effect on the performance of employees of the Musi Rawas Regency Youth and Sports
Office. The sample in this study were 30 civil servants at the Musi Rawas Regency Youth and Sports
Office with saturated sampling. Data collection techniques in writing this thesis using observation,
documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis,
correlation test, determination test, t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis and the
discussion described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that 1) Work stress has an influence
on employee performance in the Youth Service and Musi Rawas Regency Sport Musi Rawas. This is
based on the results of the calculation of the t test, it can be explained that the Variable of Work Stress
(X1) on Performance (Y) shows a tcount = 3.113 greater than the ttable value (2.020) with a
significance level of sig. = 0.05. 2) Work motivation has an influence on employee performance at the
Musi Rawas Regency Youth and Sports Office. This is based on the results of the calculation of the t
test explained, that the Work Motivation Variable (X2) on Performance (Y) shows a tcount = 3.173
greater than the ttable value (2.020) with a significance level of sig. = 0.005. 3) There is an effect of
Work Stress and Work Motivation having an influence on employee performance at the Youth and
Sports Office of Musi Rawas Regency, Musi Rawas. This is based on the results of calculating the
value of Fcount obtained is 9.501 > Ftable = 2.33 |
