| Abstrak Jurnal | Abstract This facial recognition system will make it easier for admins or employees at the North Musi Rawas Regency Development Planning Agency to check or input employee data who are present every day. So far, employee attendance is still using the manual method so that the admin or employee holding the attendance section must input employee data one by one which is used as an employee attendance report. Based on the results of observations made, they still use the manual method by coming to the office and filling in written attendance, in filling in attendance there are no provisions for coming and going home randomly or no rules apply, so it is not effective and efficient in increasing employee discipline. The results of the study are the Employee Attendance System with Face Recognition at the North Musi Rawas District Development Planning Agency with Python-Based Open CV” built with the Python programming language, the Open CV module has succeeded in detecting Employee Attendance using faces and displaying them on a monitor in real time via a camera device laptop, it can be concluded that the attendance system that has been built can be used as a tool for officers to monitor employee attendance accurately. |
