| Abstrak Jurnal | Kata Kunci: produktivitas kerja, kesehatan kerja dan keselamatan kerja Abstract− This study aims to test empirically the effect of occupational health and safety on the work productivity of PT. Xylo Indah Pratama Musi Rawas Regency in the Condition of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population in this study are employees of PT. Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency, namely 49 respondents. The data used is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Xylo Indah Pratama, Musi Rawas Regency. The method used is simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The test shows that the first hypothesis, namely occupational health has an effect on work productivity, this is evidenced by the results of the t-test analysis which shows a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The second hypothesis is that work safety affects work productivity, this is evidenced by the results of the t test analysis which shows a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. And the third hypothesis, namely occupational health (X1) and occupational safety (X2) simultaneously affect work productivity (Y), this is evidenced from the results of the F test analysis showing a significant value = 0.000 <0.05. |
