| Abstrak Jurnal | The research entitled "The Influence of Work Environment, Workload and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency during the Covid 19 Pandemic", the method used is quantitative research. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Work Environment, Workload and Organizational Culture on the performance of the employees of the Land Office of Musi Rawas Regency. In this study, there were 68 respondents who filled out the statement questionnaire in this study, then the results obtained: (1) There is no significant effect between the Work Environment on Performance as seen from the T hit value of 1.277 which is smaller than T table 1.997; (2) There is a significant effect between workload on performance, seen from the T hit value of 3.401, which is greater than T table of 1.997; (3) There is a significant influence between Organizational Culture on Performance as seen from the T hit value of 2.240, which is greater tha |
